These are the 3 possible fonts that will be used for my ancillary texts, they will be seen all the way throughout my ancillary texts maintaining house style and continuity and house style. I have chose the colours white and read, as white connotes peace, purity and balance, on the other hand red connotes evil, passion and some cases war, therefore putting the two colours together creates a balance between the two colours to create one bold connotation rather than individual ones subject to different colours.
1) for font one it was called 'Ultra' and i chose this font to research as it is a fairly bold, solid font and this can connote the roots and the relationship of the band is strong, therefore it doesn't look like its breaking anytime soon. It also has a fairly nostalgic look to it due to the a being written unconventionally and the kind of block writing makes it look very minimal, reflecting the bands simplicity but effectiveness.
2) Font number 2 was called 'EDO', and i chose this because it almost looks like it has been handwritten and i think it connotes the creativity and imagination that actually goes into a song. People take song writers for granted and never really give them credit, but for example if i used this font, its a small acknowledgment that i credit song writers.
3) Finally font number 3 was called 'bleeding cowboys' and i chose this to be a possible font, because it kind of reflects a font style you would see on a tattoo. Tattoos are commonly seen as rock music/ artist iconography because of the creativity that goes into tattoos and music, both of them you need some sort of freedom to put out there as they are also both a secondary reflection of yourself. As within music and tattoos you can promote yourself in a positive or negative way.
